This is one of the unanswerable question on earth.But i have the answer now."Eureka"!!! It's "egg"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.The modern chicken is generally believed to be a descendant of Archaeopteryx,the oldest known bird.This 150 million-year old resident of the jurrassic period laid eggs and at some point evolved into an animal that was one generation away from being a proper chicken.This creature would have produced the egg out of which the first chicken emerged :ergo,the egg came first!!!!!

who said so? i am very serious m not kidding. may i know what message u want to reveal to this world by that article.anyway people who eat egg continue to eat egg the same way and people eating chicken continue with it. No chicken is going to eat people. so net result is nill.(a big muttai)
